been very bad - gut infection.
worsened lyme.
tuesday 432 for only 10 seconds as I was recommended.
Salt and C since yesterday.
Lets see what it does.
In the future I have to use the machine differently.
Not everyday and then stop for weeks because of herx, never knowing if I get worse again or if I am herxing.
Once a week will be good I heard.
