Funny, I got access without providing any password. Here I am again. Used emem again yesterday, 432, 42 and 783, a minute each. Problems with my eyes today, a possible herx.
Will continue with more freqs and longer treatment times if I do not get more sigs of a herx.
On the whole it helps, my immune system seems stronger and I feel like I am slowly recovering.

Commenting myself again. I dont remember some of the freqs I used and had no internet access at home for a while. After a few months I notice a clearer pattern. Run freqs, last time 20, 42, 432, 625, 612, 764. altogether about five to ten minutes.
Big herx for three days, physical and mental problems. Now much better than before last session. Better than I was in months. Take care, Papersquare
